Cloudinary is the first featured bounty partner for GSSoC 2026. Contributors who build projects using Cloudinary's image and video APIs can earn extra leaderboard points through the bounty program. Cloudinary's team will also provide dedicated office hours for GSSoC contributors.
Smartly Labs has officially partnered with GirlScript Foundation to power the Agents for India track in GSSoC 2026. Smartly Labs will provide dedicated mentorship, infrastructure credits, and industry exposure for teams building AI agents targeting Indian use cases such as education, agriculture, healthcare, and governance.

GirlScript Foundation announces the 8th edition of GirlScript Summer of Code — the most ambitious yet. GSSoC 2026 introduces two parallel tracks: the Open Source Track for traditional GitHub contributions, and the brand-new Agents for India Track for building real-world AI agents. Both tracks are free and open to all.
